Are day passes valid any day I choose?
No. There are 8 different Day Passes that will correspond to each of Voyageur Park’s 8 days of public programming. You’ll have to choose the day you want to attend when buying your ticket.
• Is there a limit to the amount of tickets being sold?
Yes. To better manage the flow of visitors at Voyageur Park, reduce the length of line-ups and offer an enjoyable experience to our festivalgoers, there are limit to the number of Voyageur Passes and Day Tickets sold. We strongly encourage festivalgoers to buy their passes or tickets in advance.
• What are the age categories?
Adults: 18-59 years old

• Why can’t I find the bundle of my choice?
Bundled single-day tickets are meant for the same individual and are only sold in pre-arranged packages of 2, 3 or 4 tickets.
• Do I have to pay the service fee?
No, tickets bought in person do not have service fees. Tickets can be purchased in person at Festival du Voyageur offices (233, Provencher blvd).
• If I buy the 10-6 pass, do I have to leave the park at 6pm?
No, you will be allowed to stay for as long as you’d like but won’t be re-admitted into a tent after 6 p.m.
• Where can I buy tickets?
You can purchase tickets online, at the Festival du Voyageur office (233 Provencher Blvd.) or at the Voyageur Park box office (limited amount depending on sales).
• Can I purchase tickets at the gate?
Yes, but with new limits to the amount of tickets sold, it is conceivable that certain days could sell-out. To guarantee admission to the festival, we strongly encourage festivalgoers to buy their passes in advance.
• Do children get in for free?
Children 5 and under are admitted free of charge. Tickets for children 6-12 years old are $10 for the Voyageur Pass or $5 for the day.
• Are refunds available?
No. All sales are final. There are no exchanges nor returns. The passes are non-transferrable and are not redeemable for cash.
• What if I’ve lost my tickets?
If passes are lost, stolen or destroyed they cannot be replaced.
• I purchased a day ticket – can I come and go as I please from and to Voyageur Park all day?
You may come and go as you please to and from Voyageur Park, but your ticket is only scannable once. To be able to re-enter the park, you must first visit the information centre to get a special day pass bracelet which will allow you re-entry.
• Are dogs allowed in Voyageur park?
Only service dogs are allowed in Voyageur Park.
